Professional Background
Charlie has worked as the social media manager for WhichBingo since January 2021. In this time, he has spearheaded additional content for the brand, and continues to evolve WhichBingo’s presence online.
Before joining WhichBingo, Charlie worked as the Artistic Director of Colour House Theatre in Wimbledon, South London. Whilst managing this charity arts organisation, Charlie developed skills in social media marketing, project management, designing, and event organisation. He has worked with local councils to produce and market community events and festivals, something he continues to do as a volunteer.

“Charlie the Showman” is the driving force behind WhichBingo’s social media presence and dynamic content strategy. With a background as the Artistic Director of Colour House Theatre, Charlie brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic vision to the brand.
Since joining WhichBingo in 2021, he has redefined the company’s online presence, producing high-impact video content such as the Dabbing Out series, which garnered over 1 million views, and Inside Buzz Bingo, with 250,000+ views and counting. His passion for storytelling and ability to engage audiences has made him a standout in the industry, earning him a reputation as the “face of WhichBingo.” From his hosting role at the annual WhichBingo Awards to creating guerrilla marketing events, Charlie’s ability to captivate audiences—both in person and online—is unmatched. A true showman, Charlie’s flair for entertainment and skilful content strategy make him an invaluable asset to the WhichBingo brand.
Expertise and Contributions
Using the skills he learnt managing an arts organisation for ten years, Charlie has produced cutting-edge video content for WhichBingo and organised events/guerrilla events.
WhichBingo’s first internet series, Dabbing Out, and the brand’s first documentary series, Inside Buzz Bingo, were both written and produced by Charlie. The two series of Dabbing Out have received 1 million views on social media, whilst Inside Buzz Bingo has amassed 250,000 views and counting.
Charlie undertook a Strictly Come Dancing masterclass with Strictly professional Joanne Clifton, and he went on a bingo date with I’m a Celebrity and Celebrity Big Brother’s Kim Woodburn.
As host of the annual WhichBingo Awards, Chalie has become well-known within the industry. He has also developed relationships within the party-bingo scene and continues to support all areas of the bingo industry.

For the past decade Charlie has worked as a professional presenter, and he’s hosted the WhichBingo Awards every year since 2021. It feels like he has always been part of the show and the event wouldn’t be the same without his topical jokes, that sometimes go right over the heads of the well lubricated audience!

Personal Interests
Charles told us -
“Outside of WhichBingo, my wife and I spend our spare time watching horror films and finding old country pubs for Saturday lunches. We like to travel as much as we can and enjoy new experiences. Taylor Swift is playing constantly in our flat and I’m always wearing my Swiftie friendship bracelet.
I’m a huge wrestling fan and was lucky enough to attend WWE WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans in 2014.”
